Our Beamhouse chemicals encompass a range of specialised products from soaking to tanning. They can be grouped as:

  • Degreasing and wetting agents; Non-ionic, anionic & amphoteric.
  • PCP preservatives based on TCMTB & Benzothiozole derivatives.
  • Chrome dispersants and Chrome replacement tanning agents
These products were developed with a view to reduce the effluent load in the process and also to improve the quality of the wet blue or veg tanned leathers.

1. UNHAIRING ASSIST TA Aliphatic Amine Liquid 8.5-9.0 Liming Helps to remove scud, short hairs and pigments, gives whiter and cleaner pelt.
2. LUNACID AP Benzothiozole Derivatives Liquid 10.0-11 Preservative soaking
& tanning		 Wet blue and veg. tan leathers preservation. Applied at higher pH during soaking and prior to adding acid in pickling.
3. LUNACID HD TCMTB Base Liquid 5.0-6.0 Preservative soaking
& tanning		 Wet blue and veg. tan leathers preservation. Applied at lower pH during Chrome Tanning.
4. LUNACID WS TCMTB Base Liquid 5.0-6.0 Preservative soaking
& tanning		 Wet blue and veg. tan leathers preservation. Applied at lower pH during Chrome Tanning.
5. TEXCIDE N TCMBT Base Liquid 5.0-6.0 Preservative soaking
& tanning		 Wet blue and veg. tan leathers preservation.
6. *LUNA D Alkyl Benzene Liquid 7.0-8.0 Soaking to fatliquoring Anionic detergent and wetting agent.
7. *LUWET 40 Non- ionic Organic Derivatives Liquid 7.0-8.0 Soaking to fatliquoring Non-ionic detergent and wetting agent.
8. *LUNASOL PA Anionic Surfactants & Organic solvents Liquid 7.0-8.0 Degreasing It effectively dissolves the natural fat and disperses the same uniformly.
9. *LUNASOL HP Non- ionic Surfactants without solvents Liquid 7.0-8.0 Degreasing Specially suitable for imported sheep or Lamb skins containing high percentage of natural fats.
10. *DISCRO VN Non- ionic Liquid 7.5-8.0 Chrome Tanning Chrome Dispersent. Helps uniform and higher uptake of Chrome.
11. *DISCRO ZX Amphoteric Liquid 7.5-8.5 Chrome Tanning Chrome Dispersant. Helps uniform and higher uptake of Chrome.
12. *RAJTAN CD Masked Basic Aluminium Sulphate Liquid 3.0-3.5 Tanning Partially replaces the chrome. Gives more flat and lighter colour tanned leather. Increases the fullness and depth in dyeing.
