| APPLICATIONS |
LUWET CONC can be used in various stages of Textile
processing like desizing, scouring etc. |
| DESIZING |
0.5 g/l TO 1 g/l OF LUWET CONC may be added to desizing
liquors to uniformly wet the fabric and obtain efficient
desizing. |
| SCOURING |
About
0.25% (owf) of LUWET CONC increases the degree of absorbency
of the fabrics and ensures uniform scouring polyester
fibre / fabric, at 70oC for 30-40 mins. |
| BLEACHING |
:Addition
of 0.5g-1.0g of LUWET CONC per 2 litres of bleach liquor
results in a more uniform and rapid bleaching of textile
materials. |
| DYEING |
LUWET CONC is a very efficient detergent, especially
for 'Soaping' reactive dyed materials. A dosage of 0.25%-0.5%
LUWET CONC 100, at about 90oC ensures thorough
washing of the dyed fabric, thereby increasing the wash
fastness of the fabric. |
| PACKING |
LUWET CONC is supplied in 50 kg. and 100 kg. HDPE drums. |
